Iolite is apart of the Europe district and by chance she met Kai while on patrol. Since then she has been following Kai to try and capture him and turn him in, but so far, she is unsuccessful.
Iolite is very sassy and constantly picks on Kai, threatening to turn him into custody, but Kai always thinks she's joking.
She doesn't have a weapon of choice, but she can poke your eye out since she's so small.
