Phenex

Mother to Aether, Phenex of the Ars Goetia is a very strict and uptight avian. She upholds her status of royal blood well and does almost anything to ensure the views of her and her family are nothing but respect and admiration.

Phenex similarly to many other female goetians typically indulges in tea parties aswell as other trivial meetings for overall discussion. Though, she does that more out of necessity rather than general wanting to be there, due to the nature of the parties reminding her of her very strained relationship with her sister Queen Nemonia.
