Introduction

The newest addition of the Waynes with unknown origins even to his own family. Eren is an oddball and seems to "live under a rock" when it comes to current trends. He's a major cheapskate compared to his family which he sometimes forgets that he just got adopted by gotham's billionaire playboy, Bruce Wayne. Despite being the middle sibling, Eren is treated as the baby of the family (which makes him groan in frustration in public but inside he likes the treatment). He can be blunt and rude often even when he doesn't mean to be but will soften up the closer someone is to him. He works as a babysitter for Asami Tsukimitsu, daughter of Shinya Tsukimitsu(College student and Heir to the technology company, Tsukimitsu Association.) Eren surprisingly gets along with kids very well and won't admit it but he likes his part time job. (He also definitely won't admit that he may or may not have the hots for the kids dad...he would rather die than admit that out loud)

Aside from a mysterious backstory, a thing he has in common with his family is that he is also a crime fighting vigilante called "Batnoir". He is rather known for his mouthy attitude and his dirty fighting. He'd rather patrol the city solo yet his family always manages to find and accompany him much to his outer annoyance(In the inside he's rather glad and grateful). Batnoir excels in his street smarts than academic smarts (he absolutely HATES going to school or getting a random tutor; hence why one of his family members help him out instead) When patrolling alone or Once he's finished kicking some criminal's ass, he grapples to high buildings and often sits there until morning (He goes into a quiet derealization state; No one knows what's going on in his head but notice how his eyes seem more emptier than before. Which often worries his family but when asked he just tells them to drop it and tries to avoid them for the rest of the day.)

PERSONALITY

Eren often has trouble expressing his emotions or thoughts around others which results in him being rude or blunt even when he doesn't mean to. He is very dismissive about himself especially when he gets hurt. Eren wants to be seen as a tough person who doesn't need anyone (In reality he wants the exact opposite) He's a rather closed off person in general even though in the inside he wants people near him. He has a ton of personal conflict within himself which can make him upset and frustrated at times.

Once you get closer and get to know him better, he is more relaxed, lighthearted, and sweeter (unknowing to him). He actively tries to be more kinder in his words/work on his mouth filter which is very hard for him but he does try to make an effort (He'll end up stuttering and mumbling often though) Under his mean persona, he's a very soft, kind, and gentle guy. He is afraid to lose those who he finally trusts/gets close with which results in him silently clinging onto them (But denies it ever happeneing)

Story

Originally a vigilante during the 1930s of America. He was technically the "Batman" of 1930s gotham along with his original siblings being his "robins" but they were a rather close group of kids who practically adopted each other as family since their own families have abandoned them/or died. His group consisted of Peregrine (The eldest), Crow (second eldest), Himself (Middle child), Dodo (Second youngest), and Sparrow (the Youngest and has the largest age gap) Despite this, he's treated as the leader of his group (but also treated as the baby of the family

Early Life

Was born from a lower class immigrant immigrant family from the Philippines to Gotham. His mother, Mahalia Agbayani and his father, Nathanael Agbayani. Although his family was struggling to survive, he had two parents who loved him and tried to give him a better life. His childhood mostly consisted of him helping out his parents with chores or trying to earn money (It was hard enough for someone so young like him to barely see his parents due to them working all the time; resulting in him fending and taking care of himself). Although he identified as a girl at the time, he was always told he looked more like a little boy (Which he didn't really care/bother to correct after the first few times as he felt strangely "happier" when they referred to him as a boy)

He ends up trying to steal from Hideo Keiji, son of a rich family who recently moved to Gotham but was caught by Hideo himself. Hideo is a rather pushy kid and was concerned about where Eren's parents were. Hideo almost dragged Eren to an adult to help him but Eren quickly stopped that and ran away. They often bump into each other since then and grew more closer to where the pair treated each other as siblings.

When he was 10, there was a sudden break-in at his home resulting in both his parents' murders and him being forced to hide for survival until the intruders left. He mourned their deaths and blamed himself for not defending them. Hideo provided him comfort and took him in as if he were his little sibling. (Hideo's parents didn't really care as for they were highly neglectful of Hideo already and didn't care for his activities other than his education and image; Only his butler took care of him and soon took care of Eren as well as an extension) Eren didn't live with Hideo though (even if Hideo keeps insisting), as he would rather stay in his and his late parent's home.

Eren notices how cruel the city of Gotham is and how many people suffer from various crimes that are committed day to day (Which he highly regrets from trying to commit petty theft during his younger years). Giving him a new purpose and goal for his life. To find his parents' murderer and bring them to justice as well as be the hero that Gotham needs. He starts to train by Hideo (who only assumed he was gonna use martial arts as a defense) and started to enter the Vigilante life at 12 (which can be a incredibly funny though of a little kid running around and catching criminals by surprise by kicking their ass) Eventually he couldn't hide his vigilante activities forever. Especially from his brother who figured him out as soon as he put the pieces together. (Giving Eren a really bad scolding and worried lecture but was eventually dragged into the vigilante life as well unknowingly by just giving Eren intel and more training at first before eventually joining him in the night.) Both of them being a crime fighting duo of Gotham. They named their vigilante selves after their favorite animals (Mostly because they didn't care about names at first until they had to make them on the spot. Hideo suggested adding in the French word "Noir" after "Bat" so it seemed cooler for Eren. Which it worked and Eren was quickly hooked onto the name) Eren then being known as Batnoir and Hideo being Peregrine.

Eren struggles at first to balance his Vigilante lifestyle with his everyday normal life but gets the hang of it with the Help of Peregrine. Along the way, he then meets another like him. That being the vigilante "Dove". He often rolled his eyes on how soft Dove was on criminals but he appreciates it when he always patches him up and tail after him as back up whenever Peregrine wasn't available. Coincidentally Dove turned out to be the nice librarian worker, Yoo Han-wool, he often visits due to running errands and getting more books for Hideo. They then bonded much more closely and eventually treated each other as siblings as well. The duo then became a trio witht he addition of Dove. Batnoir was the youngest of the vigilante trio but always took on the unofficial role of Leader. Batnoir being known as the mean one, Peregrine as the mature one, and Dove being the nice one.

1930s

Crime was at an all time high during the great depression era of Gotham. Which meant Batnoir pushed himself to his limits so that Gotham won't fall even more into despair.

Eren then eventually meets his archnemesis, "The Silent Prince". A villain who had planned to take over Gotham and put the city under his regime. Him being the hardest villain he ever came across. Mostly due to how The Silent Prince actually has POWERS (Such as Dimensional Storage and Shadow control) How Batnoir always foils his plans is beyond either of them. At this point, he was obsessed with how Batnoir always seems to be unfoil his plans and wanted him to join him under his "new ruling" which Eren always refused and was annoyed with. The prince usually sees their meetings as a game and always plans them to a T for the thrill.

Everything was normal for the trio up until Dove was kidnapped by the now former hero, "Swan lake" and was tortured (and eventually killed off) by "Doctor Vulture" a crazy scientist who was HEAVILY obsessed with the idea of the dead coming back to life. His death made an example to the duo to show what happens if they dare thwart their plans. Peregrine and Batnoir mourned the loss of their brother and vowed to bring justice upon the corrupt scientist. (Only that they couldn't since Vulture went MIA right after) The only thing they could do is hold a proper funeral for their fallen brother.

Eventually, he comes to meet Akihiko Saiko, Hideo's cousin who was coming to stay with his family (Due to his own family passing away and was sent to Gotham) The meeting was confusing since Akihiko practically insulted and looked down on Eren when they first met before giving offhanded compliments such as "I hate how your face is so symmetrical!" or "You're surprisingly dumb for someone who looks above average." (Which dodo back then struggled to get along with people other than his cousin) Hideo just tries to get the two of them to get along (Both of them see him as a Big brother figure) Which eventually works and they both get along very well with each other. Akihiko was suspicious of how the both of them disappear randomly at night; resulting in him stalking them and finding out they are Gotham's crime fighting duo. He demanded and threatened to blackmail them both if they didn't let him join. Eren being held back by Hideo while lashing out at him (Still heavily mourning the death of Yoo Han-wool but won't admit that; he doesn't want Akihiko to end up with the same fate.) Hideo reassured Eren that he would deal with his cousin. (Peregrine showing Alihiko how to apply various martial arts to his gymnastics and flexibility skills)

Eren was even more upset when Akihiko became "Dodo" because he didn't want to feel like he was replacing Yoo Han-wool/Dove. He eventually warmed up to the idea after Akihiko can do more than hold his own in a fight and constant reassurances from Hideo that Gotham needs more vigilantes to help the growing crime rates. Their relationship slowly goes back to where it was and becomes stronger, knowing that Akihiko wasn't there to replace Yoo Han-wool.

2 years later, when Eren was visiting Dove's grave, to his horror he saw the dug up and missing body within the casket. He notified the others which led to them connecting several other notable cases of grave robbery within the same time period. Coming to the conclusion of the Vulture being responsible. They staked out various graveyards for days before finally being put to action as one of Vulture's henchmen were there once again. After they forced the henchman to show them where Doctor Vulture's current base was (Violence is always the answer with this vigilante group...) All they wanted was their brother's body back and returned to it's spot. Until they all saw his revival first hand when fighting against the Vulture (Vulture making a show out of Dove's revival) Yoo Han-wool came back to life screaming in pain. Peregrine ran over to take care of the newly revived Yoo Han-Wool. Meanwhile Batnoir and Dodo fought off the rest of the Vulture's henchmen after the doctor quickly made their escape by distracting them with the revival.

It took awhile for them being adjusted to the fact that Yoo Han-wool was alive again. Especially Eren, the one who had found him dead in the first place. A lot of changes happened within Yoo Han-wool after his revival like minor things such as appearance wise or major things like him having a WAY more higher pain tolerance. There was even a few times where Yoo Han-wool tried to hurt him or sometimes even try to kill him (Though at these times, Yoo Han-Wool was in a unknown state/trance. Once he snaps out of it he'll cry and cling onto his brother saying a jumbled mess of apologies.) It took awhile for them to help him recover into a more lucid state. Eren hesitantly bring him back into the vigilante lifestyle after getting him adjusted and him begging (Threatening) to do something drastic if he wasn't let back in the team. Introducing him as the "Crow", who was VERY different from the former Dove (As Crow was not above killing other people anymore) Eren mostly clinging onto his brothers even more; afraid that if he were to let go he would lose them. His brothers just subtly enable this behavior within him (Especially Peregrine)

It was back to normal for a year or two until the four of them had a mission to investigate and stop their latest villain "The String Dancer" who was turning Gotham's citizens into puppets for her growing cult. They found out the true identity of the string dancer being the famous psychologist, Amina Lee. During the final showdown, Batnoir had to find out the hard way that she made her own child into a soldier. Batnoir ends up trying to save the kid who he talked down into a vulnerable state. Him and the others were outnumbered as more of her reinforcements came into the scene forcing them to be pushed out. Though, batnoir ends up taking the kid with them to safety (Eren saw a small part of himself within the nameless kid; he didn't know what though)

The child clinged and followed Eren the most, Eren eventually naming her Carmen and she claimed herself as the 5th brother in their little family. Eren again was against another joining, Especially Carmen, into joining the vigilante scene. She further proved herself and saying that she wants to bring down justice on her mother which Eren finally accepted it and let her onto the team as "Sparrow". Finally completing their little family.

The 5 of them were known as Gotham's main vigilantes during the time period and continued to fight crime and help those in need to the best of their ability. Going on various adventures and missions in order to make Gotham a safer place to live during these hard times. No one knew who he was behind the mask, not that he cared anyway. He was doing this so that other innocent people won't have to suffer from a fate such as his parents. He wanted Batnoir and his birds to symbolize that there is hope for Gotham.

Another disaster struck was when they had their latest encounter with the self proclaimed overconfident 'Hero', "Timetaker" who claimed that Gotham no longer needs the birds and the bat and should just rely on her for safety. Tiemtaker also claimed to be a 'prophet' from the future. Batnoir thought Timetaker would be a "rival", as she often did take down crime as well but she takes innocent lives in the process(She didn't care who she had to hurt in order to achieve her goals) which went against his own moral code, to save the innocent from the demented, not kill the innocent along side it.

On a mission where they both had to team up in order to save Gotham from the clutches of The Silent Prince's latest scheme of taking over not only Gotham but the whole world under his regime this time. The prince kidnapped his brothers in order to lure him into seeing his city's demise right in front of his eyes. At first, It started off smoothly as Timetaker and Batnoir surprisingly had good teamwork with each other, by saving his brothers and other hostages, taking out the corrupt prince's Abyssal court, his servants and guards , and working their way to stop the Prince. Until the end where they had to destroy the brainwashing artifact the prince had in his clutches. Batnoir wants to destroy it so it can no longer fall into the wrong hands; He thought Timetaker was on the same page until he saw Timetaker trying to take the artifact for herself. Feeling betrayed, he fought for it from her so he can destroy it and turn Gotham back to normal.

With a hard battle between the both of them, Batnoir managed to get the artifact into his hands and destroyed it quickly. He then went into a screaming match with Timetaker on why she did what she did. Her saying that she wanted people to see her as the savior that Gotham needs and praise her like what her old universe that she came from did and how she didn't want to fail this universe too. Batnoir then showed his sympathy to her situation, but it caught him off guard when she betrayed him once again by using her Time Powers on him. Practically shooting him into a far future without warning, making him Leave his family behind without saying goodbye.

Future

When he ended up in a future Gotham, he freaked out and spiraled when he realized he was all alone without anyone. He had to go back to surviving on his own and getting adjusted to this...future gotham. It warms his heart to know that Gotham is still standing all this time but its still infested with crime, hence why Batnoir came back into the vigilante scene immediately (As he knows that crime waits for no one) He didn't have anywhere to stay so he would just invest all of his time into crime fighting (overworking himself to the brim)

Rumors eventually pop up on a new "Bat" joining the crime fighting scene which brought the attention of the batman and his family. Batnoir is genuinely confused on why people keep calling him a "Fake Batman" which 1. It makes him mad that they keep calling him fake or an imposter and 2. His name is not Batman its Batnoir.

His first encounter with the bats was actually with Nightwing. He was chasing a robber late at night but suddenly then crashed into Nightwing (Who happened to be there at the time) He immediately starts cursing him out while Nightwing just looks at him in shock on who the hell he was and why he was wearing a bat costume. Batnoir eventually just pushes him out of the way before running off into the direction where the robber ran. In the end he ends up losing them and just becomes frustrated, and disappears into an alleyway before nightwing could follow him. These encounters kept on coming but with different members of the batfamily which annoys him to no end as they were hard to get rid of. The next thing he knows, he gets spooked and confronted by the batman himself one night. To be honest he was scared shitless when he first met him and tried to lose him like the others but couldn't. Resulting in many nights of Batman just accompanying Batnoir to make sure the kid doesn't get hurt. As much as Eren didn't want to admit it, he was grateful for the company and help that Batman provided. (PLus he was so cool!! Aside from his weird "No killing" rule.)

He slowly became more comfortable with Batman's presence to the point where he followed him willingly back to the batcave. He was amazed at how advanced Batman, his technology and his base was (Making him a bit embarrassed in comparison). From then on, He took on the offer that Batman gave of training him more. Eren then re-encounters the rest of the bat family when he was going to visit the batcave once again by Batman's request. At first he was still heavily cautious of them (But as long as they were trusted by Batman then..he'll tolerate them) He had mixed relationships; some going smoothly while he butted heads with others. As time goes on, he eventually grows to trust them and practically the batcave is his unofficial home now (He was too embarrassed to say he was homeless. Besides, the batcave provided him all his needs anyway. Plus he loves the snacks and food Alfred offers him) He reveals his face to them (Along the way he made up information about his past since he thinks that they won't believe him that he was accidentally forced to time travel into the future) To his surprise, Batman reveals his own identity to him as a mutual sign of trust and offers him a place to stay and possibly be apart of their family. He accepted Bruce's first offer but the offer of family...took a while for him to get used to. Especially he didn't want to feel like he's replacing his own brothers but remembering Hideo's words to him that "Everyone is unique. No one can replace no one.'' So he slowly warms up to the idea of treating them like family, leading to Bruce adopting him officially making him "Eren Agbayani Wayne" With his new family, he often acts like he's an annoyed sibling but just follows their antics as he secretly likes them. It took him a LONG while to think that he now doesn't have to worry about a home, or food, etc. He's a cheapskate at heart (Plus he doesn't want to them to think he's only using them for money; he rarely just buys things for himself) He's happy that he's apart of a family who also helps out Gotham during the day and it's night and not stuck with a rich snobby family who drowns in their own money.

He learned of the term "Transgender" and to be honest he was thrown in a loop as back then they had no term for it. He was more comfortable being seen as a male so his brothers often just rolled with whatever he wanted and supported him. So when he saw that there are more people like him, he was in awe. When he first got majorly hurt during a patrol, he was afraid that he would have to give up his identity and go back to be referred to as a "girl" but was surprised when he wasn't. The family assured him that they still see him as a guy no matter what his body looks like which eased his fears and made him overall happy.

Batnoir often goes on patrols with any of his new siblings or his new dad (He still acts annoyed with his siblings going on patrol with him but in reality it comforts him since it reminds him of what he and his original brothers did back in the day. When he's alone, he allows himself to be vulnerable and cries to himself that he misses them all so much. He often thinks about them and just keeps it all to himself (If he were ever to write it down, he would be found out immediately since he's in a family full of detectives.) He often loses sleep over the thought of them and just keeps reliving his fate in his nightmares.

It's hard for Eren to get used to these changes but he'll grow more comfortable as long as he gets the support he needs along the way. And perhaps in the future he'll end up telling them the truth.

Relationships

"Peregrine" Hideo Keiji [ Eldest Brother ]

Eren's first best friend and his older brother figure. The one who has been there for him since his highs and lows. He deeply respects him. They didn't consider each other as sidekicks but instead as brothers and partners in fighting crime. They are protective over each other (Hideo even more so)Eren grieves about him to this day.

"Crow" (Dove) Yoo Han-Wool[ Older Brother ]

Before his death, Dove was usually the one to hold Batnoir back from killing or taking it to far. He was the soft caring figure Eren always looked up to. After his death, their relationship hasn't changed much aside from the fact that Yoo Han-Wool had tried to murder or attack him by reflex or how he had grown fiercely protective over the other. (Though Eren can't complain because he was afraid if he didn't cling onto any of his brothers, they may die just like Yoo Han-wool or in his case, die again PERMANENTLY) Eren finds his new behavior sometimes off putting but just rolls with it due to not wanting Han-Wool to leave again. He misses him so much.

"Dodo" Akihiko Saiko[ Younger Brother ]

Eren is older than him by a year and yet he' still treated as the younger brother by him. Yes they had started off rocky, but eventually they became just as close as his other siblings. Dodo often helped him with academics and tutoring (as much as he hated school work, Aki made it more bearable for him) as well as making sure he's healthy and happy (to some degree). Eren usually goes to him for questions (aside from Hideo) Dodo is also the one who can actively threaten/scare him and get away with it since he only does it when his health is involved. Like his other brothers, he misses him alot.

"Sparrow" Carmen Lee[ relationship ]

The Child he saved on one of his missions. He took her under his wing and claimed her as his new little brother. She's very sweet to him and follows him around like a little duck. He's rather oblivious to this but she's absolutely ruthless to those who aren't her big brothers. Eren was on the fence about her joining but if she wanted that closure to bring her mother down then he would allow her to do what she needs. Eren is so soft on her as she is with him and worries whenever she goes out on the field even though he knows she is capable of taking care of herself. He misses her to this day.

The Silent Prince[ Main Enemy ]

Batnoir's main enemy. To simply put it, the prince to him is an annoyance at best. He dislikes how snobby and greedy the prince is and his goals. [ WIP ]

Batnoir and her started off as rivals. More one-sided on her part but he soon acknowledged her doings. He thought he could trust her and gave her a chance but in the end she betrayed him and separated him from his family. [WIP]

"The Blood Rabbit" Shinya Tsukimitsu[ Rival / Complicated Crush]

His relationship with the Blood Rabbit is a confusing/complex one. Outwardly they are both aggressive and hostile towards each other like rivals, but they are willing to save one another if the other is hurt. The blood rabbit hates how reckless and sometimes stupid Batnoir can be, while Batnoir hates how the blood rabbit acts like he is better than him and how much of a smartass he is. Another thing he won’t admit is that he has a slight hidden crush towards the bunny merc. [WIP[
