Tharja's passion for magic and knowledge is evident in everything she does. Her enthusiasm for her field of study is infectious, and she is always eager to share her knowledge with others. As a Magic Kemuchii, she firmly believes that there is so much more to the world than what we can see and understand, and she is dedicated to unlocking the secrets of magic and the unknown. Tharja is known as a "Scholar of Magic," and although she takes her role very seriously, she is still renowned for her mischievous personality. Tharja's playful demeanour makes her be viewed as a gentle leader for both the students and staff at the Academy.

After many hundreds, if not nearly thousands of years of existence, Tharja still holds her duty to The Great Khai very seriously. It was due to her deities influences that she embarked on establishing her won academy to continue teaching others, the academy came to be known as “The Arcanum Academy of Occult Sciences.” Currently, her specific line of work within the Academy is to ensure the condition of powerful magical artifacts and prevent them from being damaged or falling into the wrong hands, as well as, well, running the place. Her managerial position means that she no longer teaches at the Academy, but she can still be found wandering the grounds, discussing magic and philosophy with students. Tharja's passion for her work and her desire to share her knowledge is what sets her apart from others. Her teachings are inclusive of all Gaidinian species thanks to vast knowledge that she has accumulated over the course of her existance.

Due to the rigorous training she was put under by The Great Khai as a Magic Kemuchii, she can be very perfectionistic in nature. Once she starts something, she is determined to finish it, no matter what it takes. She puts in maximum effort, even if it means sacrificing sleep. Her intelligence and insatiable curiosity for magical artifacts are what make her stand out among her peers. Most of the time she keeps a level-headed disposition, but she can't resist cracking the occasional joke during conversations.

Despite her well-put-together and organised appearance at work, Tharja is quite a big, disorganized mess in private. When she's alone, she likes to whistle to herself and tap her fingers, weaving a small stream of magic between them as if performing a trick. It's her way of relaxing and centring herself after a long day at work.

Tharja's spirit form used to roam around and accidentally land in areas with strong magical energy. It's the reason why Khai approached her with the proposition of creating a doll-like body for her. The transformation allowed her to take on a physical form and continue her work as a Magic Kemuchii.

As she has always been, Tharja is an incredibly passionate, dedicated, and knowledgeable person when it comes to her field of study. Her perfectionist nature, intelligence, and insatiable curiosity make her stand out among her peers. She is a valuable asset to the Academy and the magical community, and her desire to share her knowledge with others is what makes her truly exceptional.
