Maple is known not only for her abilities but also for her kindheartedness, as well as her exuberant and excitable personality. She is prone to rambling on and on, about nothing in particular and in fact subject-hopping to a great extent, so much so that sometimes her patrons lose track of the conversation, merely sitting back and letting her just... go. She has a deep understanding of plant-life in her area, and uses it to her benefit when concocting various potions and tinctures that she sells out of her modest forest cabin.

She is unafraid to help someone when needed, and is often known to give her product away for free-- which has its benefits, and its drawbacks. Still, she wants more than anything to cultivate a warm and understanding consumer base, and loves each and every frequent customer as if they were her own family.
