Rye is one of the few people aware that the ancient guide to the End was found, and one of the few currently hunting down the possessor of the book, Spade. Rye slowly gained a small crew, who all had the same goal as him. All Rye wanted was luxury, a place where he could have steady security. When told of the fairytale of the End, Rye never stopped believing. His mindset soon shifted as he believed this would be his way out of rock bottom. A way where he could prosper and be liked by all.

He was patient towards his goal, because he believed that one day all his hard work would bloom, and he would be able to harvest his riches.
