Mr. “Bell Bottoms”

He's Ricky's weird reading teacher that constantly harasses him. Everybody knows him as Mr. Bell Bottoms because he had a phase where he only wore bell bottoms to work, he's over it now but people still call him that. He's really flamboyant, loud, and overconfident, unfortunately he's also EXTREMELY stupid it's a surprise to anyone that he even got a job. He always has a dumb expression on his face so no one ever takes him seriously.

After finding out that there's a ghost living in "his" apartment, Clare ends up falling in love with her and makes a contract with her so they can interact with each other. The "contract" is bound by their friendship necklaces, which is why he always wears a heart necklace around his neck. At school he overhears Ricky and Rowan's conversation about getting rid of the supernatural, and in a panic he ends up trying to kill Ricky multiple times because he still wants to see his ghost girlfriend.
