Cipher

Cipher lives in a city where about 90% of the population basically has a chip in their head commanding their very life. 

While have the chip in his head Cipher used to be an officer before going AWOL after a strange malfunction. Now he spends his life trying to understand who he even is.

> Parts of his body are cybernetic after getting critically injured in an explosion. Half of his insides are artificial.

> He basically has a computer built in his brain and will randomly Google things when he has a question. His right eye glows when he does this.

> He's 28, but doesn't act very mature
