As a Luxray, Watt didn't change too much attire-wise, still sporting the same yellow hat and watch. Instead of the Randnet T-shirt, he now wears a hoodie sporting the same design (though he still wears the T-shirt sometimes for old time's sake).
Most of the physical features they had as a Shinx still retain, including their preference for standing on two legs, curly tail, and light-turquoise eyes (with white sclerae, unlike a typical Luxray's red).
