Personality

A bright personality. Very direct, but also very kind. Dedicated in her work, and somewhat a perfectionist.

Appearance

Ma'll is all black furred except on her left eye, where she has a warmish shite spot. She has long hair, tied in a ponytail. Her hair is black with some white strands in it. She has gree eyes.

She likes her pilot suit very much. Because of that she can be found wearing it quite often. Else, she likes to put on shirts with the southern Athran space agency logo.

Relationships

Adrelyr

Adrelyr saved Ma'll following indications from Hetras. As Ma'll got into a relativity incident (see here) Hetras knew her fate since it had been 150 years for him. After Ma'll was rescued, she stayed on Nyveir, and started working for Adrelyr's team.

Hetras

Ma'll owes her survival to Hetras. The two became good friends.

Backstory

Born in a well off family in the south of Athran, Ma'll was the reckless kind of kid. Her early years were marked as a bruised childhood, always climbing on trees or fighting other youngling that were annoying her. Her mother is a doctor and her father a hospital director. because of this family heritage, they wanted her to follow. Ma'll however, hyperactive as she was, didn't want that at all. After a few years of heated debate with her parents, they finally accepted her more science and racing oriented drive. During her teenage years, she did a few RC races as well as some good amount of truck races. She was still reckless and her teen body made her teen years hard. Eventually, she joined the army as a ground pilot/geologist, eventually piloting attack planes. She quickly was noticed by her superiors who enrolled her in the ASA (Athran Space Agency) as a test pilot and scientist after she passed her final planetary science diploma. She test piloted a lot of Athran's early in system transport ships. She eventually got herself into the Light speed ship program, testing the ship on short in system travels without light speed, doing satellite deliveries missions on Athran's planetary system. Later on came the biggest experiment. Atran's astronomers detected an interesting exoplanet 10light years away. It was then decided to launch the first long distance mission with the ship. A 20 year mission, 10 years to go there, a week of science in orbit, 10 years to go back. A lot of candidates were asked to join, but some refused or were not able to do the mission. Eventually, Ma'll was the sole candidate left.

She agreed to go, as a planetary scientist and pilot, she was just the perfect candidate. Training then started, Ma'll soon to be the first Athran to ever fly a light speed ship. From her point of view, the mission would last just over a week. Sadly, the mission failed, as after the 20 year mark, no signs of Ma'll returning. She was declared dead after 40y of waiting.

From her point of view, Ma'll left for about 2h. Her system failed and she ended up in light speed travel way longer than should have been. Relativity played its game and 150years later, Ma'll dropped out of light speed travel, failing power. She eventually sent an SOS, thinking it would be pointless. However, her fate was known on Athran, they knew relativity had played its role, but they didn't know when she would have gotten out of lightspeed. This information saved her life, as Hetras got saved by Adrelyr, He pointed out what happened to Ma'll and asked if Adrelyr could take a look. Adrelyr and his team, after arriving near the coordinates calculated with Hetras's indications, picked up the SOS and eventually rescued her.

Present Day

After her rescue, Ma'll decided to stay with Adrelyr. As Athran was discovered by Nyveir, and negotiations went on, eventually ending up on Atrhan joing the Threlys alliance. Thus, Ma'll could finally report her missions finding. Which were technically a successful mission. She was the second Athren to meet an alien species, and the first, with Hetras, to have set foot on an out of system planet.

After Athran joining the alliance, she finally got Nydarian citizenship, as well as Hetras. Adrelyr's team was a perfect fit for her, planetary scientist and explorer. She joined Erethir without hesitating.

Trivia

She's the first Athren to ever fly a light speed ship.

She and Hetras served as liaison during Athran's inclusion in the Threlys Alliance.
