DeadAssCop TOS

You automatically agree to my TOS by owning designs, concepts or art by me or doing any kind of business with me whether you read my TOS or not, it's not my responsibility if you didn't read it and get punished for breaking any of my rules. If you do not agree with my TOS for whatever reason then please do not do business with me or own my designs. My TOS will be updated frequently and I will be informing my followers of any updates, please check in regularly for any updates.

General rules:

- I don't do commissions, please do not ask.

- Credit me for my work, whether it's art, designs or concepts. The right way to credit me is by crediting my toyhouse which is DeadAssCop.

- I have the right to refuse to sell to anyone and I do not need to give a reason as to why, keep pressuring and you will be blocked/blacklisted.

- Don't reference/trace/steal/copy my art or designs, I only allow close friends or people who were given permission by me to reference my art or designs. This is for comfort reasons.

- Do not use my art/designs etc for NFTS/crypto/AI etc, I don't do that shit.

- This TOS covers my collab designs/art whether I'm the original creator or a designer, every rule applies.

- If my TOS collides with someone’s else TOS in regards to collab art/designs by me and another individual, please DM and I will sort things out by messaging the other artist and figuring out what goes. Do not act on one TOS before checking in as it might break either one of our TOS, I will mention in a character’s permission whether something applies or doesn't so please always check it.

Art:

- Credit me for my art, my toyhouse is DeadAssCop. Always credit me when posting my art anywhere.

- Do not post my unwatermarked art offsite to prevent stealing, always credit me as well by crediting my toyhouse by linking it or mentioning my username which is DeadAssCop.

- Do not edit my art in any way, whether it's filters, cropping, adding anything, changing line art or making any kind of changes to the original art. If you want small edits to the art, please ask me, if I have the original file then I will gladly make small edits for you if I have the time.

- Do not hide or delete my original art, I like to keep track of my art and helps me know whether or not a character is missing an art piece done by me so I can provide it to the owner if I have it.

- Do not sell my art or use it for commercial use, I don't allow my art to be sold or used for commercial use full stop.

Designs:

- Credit me for my designs, my toyhouse is DeadAssCop. You only need to credit me once when you post my design offsite, please always credit me when someone asks who made a design that's made by me.

- Do not delete/hide any designs by me at all, no exception, I will blacklist you for this. If you wish to hide/private a design by me, please authorize me or provide a key for me. This is to help me keep track of where my designs go and see if anyone is breaking my TOS.

- You may not sell my designs for more than their original sell price unless they have added art whether it's commissioned or not, that doesn't include requests or gift art.

- You may not sell any design that you have obtained by trade, you can only trade it for something else whether it be art, another character or a three way trade. You may only sell the character if you have added art or commissioned art of it and you can only sell it for the commissioned arts price .

- You may not sell/trade any designs that you have gotten as a gift, you may only trade it if you have gotten art of it and you may sell it only if you have commissioned art of said design for the commissions worth. You may gift gifted designs if you wish.

- Do not sell/trade/gift my designs to off site users that do not have a toyhouse account, all designs must stay on toyhouse, you may not also sell/trade/gift a design offsite and mention the new owner in the design’s profile. That still doesn't count and you will be greylisted for this.

- Do not use my designs for commercial use unless you have purchased the rights from me, I only require a one time fee, see the section below for commercial use.

- I allow my designs to be used in any manner as long as it's personal use only whether it be for role playing/NSFW/gore/storytelling/world building etc, I do not allow my designs to be used for problematic themes like hate speech/homophobia/racism/proship/rapist/groomers/pedos etc. you get the point, I do not want my designs to be associated with those themes full stop. I do not mind if you make my designs a piece of shit as long as it doesn't fall under what I mentioned, if you have questions in regards to this then ask.

- Do not edit my designs or their original art, if you want small changes and I have the original files, I will gladly make small changes for you if I have the time.

- If you have purchased or obtained a concept by me then I allow you to do pretty much whatever you like with them as long as they are still similar to the original concept, you may add yourself as a designer or if you commission an artist to finish the concept then they may be added as designer instead. This only goes for concepts and it's always mentioned whether it's a concept or design, adding yourself or another artist as designer also only applies when you actually make changes to the concept or finish it if it's an unfinished/sketchy concept.

- I do not give the original files of concepts out as some concepts were made by using my own personal bases, personal bases by friends only I have permission to use or bases that I might have paid for. Other reasons are that I used a free to use base and I don't want to clash with the artist TOS, I don't want the original art edited if the concept was fully drawn by me or I'm just not comfortable with it but I will be providing a high quality transparent png instead.

- I allow redesigns if they are still very similar to the original design, I don't allow redesigns that completely change the design to the point it's unrecognizable or remove key factors from the design. Adding/changing clothes/scars or accessories is allowed.

- Do not obtain my designs if you wish to heavily redesign them where they are no longer similar to the original design.

- I do not allow “twins” or “siblings” or anything like that where it's basically the same design or with a few small minor changes but with a different profile, do not do that with my designs. I do not allow fusions for my designs either where you use my design and another design to make a completely separate character.

- You may give my designs different forms whether it's human/humanoid/ monster etc or change their species as long as the original design doesn't get deleted, you must also include all of those forms/species changes when selling/trading a design. Do NOT make them separate characters or try to separate them, they all must be included.

- I do not allow any kind of co ownership of my designs, if you currently have a design by me and co own, I highly recommend that you break the co ownership. I do not want any design to be co owned to avoid future problems.

- I do not allow for my designs to be turned into Closed Species characters unless I'm informed beforehand and I approve of it, you must have written permission by me and provide a screenshot of said permission in the characters profile or you will get a warning. My TOS also doesn't get overwritten by any species TOS, my TOS comes first then the species TOS especially in regards to selling/trading or redesigning. The new owner of any design by me that's a closed species must be informed of my TOS and follows it or they will be blacklisted.

Commercial use:

- You may only use my designs for commercial use if you purchase the rights, I only require a one time fee which is usually around 10$-50$ depending on the design. Please discuss things with me first in regards to purchasing the rights to a design as the fee may go over the price mentioned here.

- If you have purchased the rights from me to a design, you may use it as a mascot, on merchandise of any kind, in comics/games, V tuber etc. you have the rights to do whatever you want with the design as long as you follow my TOS, just because you purchase the rights to a design doesn't mean you are not obligated to follow my TOS.

- You still must credit me for the design, it has to be mentioned somewhere where anyone can find it and has access to it. Please credit me as DeadAssCop, please do not link any of my social media.

- Do not use for NFTS/crypto/AI etc.

- Do not use for hate speech/homophobia/racism/proship/politics or any problematic themes that I had already mentioned.

Blacklist/greylist:

You are automatically blacklisted if you are blocked by me anywhere.

This goes without saying but anyone here may not own or get my designs/art.

I have the right to blacklist or greylist whoever I want for whatever reason, I do not need to give you a warning or a reason as to why you are on one of those lists unless you own designs by me and you broke my TOS. I will not inform you if you were greylisted though, you may ask why you are on one of those lists if I do not have a reason already mentioned but I have every right to not give you a reason.

I will try to include all the usernames that an individual on these lists might have, I do not need to include this as it should be known but I will, this includes all usernames that they might have whether I know them or not, just because one of their usernames isn't included doesn't mean that they aren't black/grey listed.

Reasons that will get you black/grey listed:

- Breaking my TOS.

- Stealing, tracing, copying or ripping off art/designs.

- Being homophobic/transphobic/racist/proshipper etc, generally anything problematic or that might make me uncomfortable.

- trying to bypass my block/blacklist/greylist by pretending to be someone else or asking someone to get you art/designs by me. That also goes for anyone that gives my designs to blacklisted people.

- Blocking me (especially if you own one of my designs as I can't keep track of them, why would you own any of my designs in the first place if you are going to do that?/gen).

- Trying to start or drag me in any kind of drama that doesn't involve me, I also generally do not care about drama and I do not want people mentioning me in things that are literally none of my business or do not involve me one bit. If you have an issue with me for whatever kind of reason, just dm me and we can talk.

Greylist:

You may not get any art/designs by me but I do not mind if you own my designs though I prefer if you didn't. You may be removed from here if I feel comfortable doing so.

Blacklist:

You may not get any art/designs by me and I do not want you owning any of my designs full stop. Anyone here is permanently blacklisted.
