He is typically quiet, but he doesn't need to speak for you to know he's judging you, but he's never really rude when he does speak
His shawl is the most common thing for him to wear, all other accessories are usually saved for more formal things or when he feels like being dressed up (note the chest piece of his necklace actually has golden straps, not solid flares (see his original form for reference))
