Weaknesses: Not agile, comically incompetent with guns, willfully ignorant of the supernatural, can't cook to save his life, doesn't know when to quit

A private investigator hailing from the sleepy rural town of Green Hills in the heartland of the United Federation. Before becoming a PI, Holster spent much of his young adult life coasting along between various odd jobs, desperately searching for the "right" line of work -- something that could keep his interest, and would make him feel truly fulfilled. The two jobs that he stuck with the longest were his stints in auto repair and tech support. It was the realization of what these jobs had in common that made his true calling apparent to him: the peace of mind it gave his clients when he solved a problem beyond their understanding. It was at this point that he started up his private investigator business and became Inspector Holster. For the first time he felt fulfilled in his work, and he was good at it. Through a chain of cases he uncovered crimes and conspiracies that had been kept hidden in Green Hills for generations, mending the small town's wounds and healing a decaying community. As his clientele began to expand out of town, Holster became something of a folk hero.
