Joconde

Bio: She's a guardian of the Crème Republic, but is like no cookie has ever seen. A distant relative of Schwarzwälder, she's one of the most elegant cake hounds in Earthbread. One of very few werehound paladins, quiet and reserved Joconde is strongly disciplined and loyal to the city she calls home. Unlike her fellow cookies, she specializes in long range combat, using her nutty spear to attack foes in distances cookies can't normally see. Joconde often wishes to reduce discrimination against cake hounds in the Crème Republic to live in harmony with cookies and show societal progress among all of Earthbread. In the meantime, she loves drinking a nice cup of tea and sit by the fountain at the center of the city.

Skill- Hazelnut Spear Throw:

Throws her spear at the cookie with the highest ATK. With her precise aim, the spear penetrates any shield the cookie has, decreases their DEF and DMG RST, and spreads a stab debuff among the opponents party that increases the damage dealt when Joconde activates her skill again. Before launching her spear, Joconde's morale increases the CRIT DMG and Light Type damage of all party members. While Joconde is using her skill, she will briefly become resistant to interrupting effects.

Fun facts:

• Her favorite type of tea is earl grey
• She speaks in a Russian accent, knows a bit of Russian too!
  • I imagine her voice claim to be Zarya from Overwatch
• Her parents were once servants of a werehound dynasty in the Vanilla Kingdom, similar to Esterhazy, before Dark Enchantress Cookie took over
