Sunset is Rak's younger brother, and it shows. Sunset is childish and naive, despite being one of Cybertron's most wanted criminals. He doesn't speak english, or any other earth languages, and can only speak basic cybertronian languages. Because of this, he often misunderstands or ignores orders in favor of his own interests.

Sunset joined the decepticons early into the war, although because of his borderline incompetence he was never of particular interest. he was never in many of the important or meaningful battles, in honor of taking of his own personal missions to steal from both bots and cons alike.
Sunset originally came onto the high commands radar when he ran into Skywarp, who he quickly got along with, and explained his abilities too (at least as best as he could in basic terms.) He quickly climbed up the ranks afterwards, being rewarded and admired for his stealth and thieving abilities. he was also more involved in factional affairs, eventually being given a spot in high command meetings, although the reason for which is beyond him.
