Emderman is an Emerald City socialite who never got tired of living the high life after the Wizard left. Even with things as dilapidated as they are, he's committed to serving the culture and artifacts of the Oz elite. Emderman wants nothing more than to keep things in presentable for potential visitors to the ol' Emerald City, even if there aren't any visitors to speak of. He's especially proud of keeping the display for the Witch's Broom intact, which--what!! Hey!!! Where are these monkeys taking the Broomstick?? And where are they taking him?!?
His species is a distant genetic relative of the Horse Of A Different Color, so his skin changes color at will! Also, unlike a certain Jester, he does in fact speak monkey.
