Alibi's Ownership

-You may 'FLIP' or RESELL/RETRADE/REGIFT this design as you see fit for any amount, regardless of amount paid for additional art or the base design. 

-You may REQUEST A REFUND/RETURN of any exchanged real-world currency, digital currency or designs for up to 14 days after the finalization of our agreement. In that event, you will have any real-world or digital currency that was traded in exchange for this design returned to you,  receive all rights to any designs and any additional art that comes with those designs that were traded in exchange for this design back, and I will regain the rights to this design, as well as any art created for it in those 14 days.

-Once the 14 day refund period is over, you are responsible for the design. I hold no obligation to assist you in the event of theft or dispute caused by the design, but am willing to offer assistance within my ability and interest. 

-My designs and art may not be used to represent corporations or corporate endeavors, nor may any of my art be minted as non-fungible tokens ('NFTs') or otherwise used in anything involving cryptocurrencies. They may also not be used in any illegal activities.

-In addition, my designs and art may not be used in any project, program or activity involving image-generating or image-sampling artificial intelligence ('AI'). This includes use as training data, uploading as an image to sample (for upscaling, lighting, 'Image to Image', text-description generation or anything else that requires a user-input image) or use as a mascot for these projects.

 -If this design or art is taken or used without an agreement with the current holder,  it is considered stolen and terms on free reselling, as well as refunds or returns are considered null and void.

-I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone
