Tokunbo

With there being many grim reapers in existence, some do their work better than others. Tokunbo, a.k.a. The Eye, watches as people pass away, but rather than pulling some bureaucratic nonsense, he personally sees to taking these people to the Afterlife. But if he thinks his client has not lived a good life, he will take matters into his own hands to see that they get their just deserts.
