Story
Huemi work as a lifeguard and part time swimming coach on her local beach, she's much-loved by the locals. She taught her students the basics of swimming, and also how to be safe in the water and would often tell them stories about her experiences in the water and the importance of respecting the ocean.
Ever since she was a child, she had been drawn to the sea and she loved the idea of being the protector of her local beach.
She enjoyed spending time with her cousins, swimming and playing around the beach,although sometimes their banter could go too far and reach the point of her annoyance. She would roll her eyes and groan in protest, but deep down, she was grateful for their company. She cared about them deeply.
She is very fond of laksa, whenever she had the chance, she would take time out of her day to enjoy it. Whether it was a quick lunch break or a leisurely dinner, Huemi would always make time for laksa! She enjoy every bite, savoring all the flavors as much as possible. Her cousins had grown used to her obsession with laksa and would often join her for a bowl.
Despite her intimidating muscular figure and her shark-like appearance, Huemi was very gentle and understanding. When she encountered someone who are afraid of sharks, she didn't take it to heart. She was always quick to reassure people that she was there to protect them, not hurt them... Well unless they were going overboard.
Facts
- Due to her lack of femininity sometimes she's misgendered.
- When she discovered that pineapple "eats you back" she dislike it even more.
- Once a spider had fallen on her neck that incident left her traumatize and she'd get goosebumps. recalling it
- She have almost no interest in romance, she want to focus on her career and family and rest it on fate if she'll meet her s'o in the future.
- When she was young she cried when she saw Bruce from Finding Nemo, She saw the fear and misunderstanding that people had for him and could relate to it.
- Wears a friendship bracellet made by one of her students
