Halibut is a chipper dragon, welcoming any and all under their wings. They love to help teach, and often teaches the history of the Hybrid Home Links to the dragonets in school there. Think of them as that one old teacher you have who's playful and happy, makes corny jokes sometimes, and is easy to talk to. Although he's far from innocent, and can snap into a serious attitude if necessary.
Halibut's bioluminescent stripes do not light up whatsoever. However! They produce a slight warmth from them if they have recently been in warm mud. They can hold their breathe for about 17 hours and breathe underwater, however breathing underwater is extremely uncomfortable and slightly painful to them. It irritates and burns their lungs. Think of it like breathing thin air. Their wings are also a fair bit more transparent than other dragon's may be.
