(wip) Onion Allium, happy go lucky carefree and stupid, roams the lands, seas, and skies of Eorzea following her heart's desires and whims. She claims to be a witch and honorary pirate. Jack of all trades but master of none. egg

BACKGROUND

Born on the 27th Sun of the 4th Umbral Moon in the forests of Gridania, "Onion" comes from a line of witches and apothecarists. Her mother oft told her not to venture too far out into the wilds on her own, especially not to play with the mischievious trickster sylphs. So of course the little Miqo'te would disappear for lengths of day, shirking her chores and lessons, to do exactly that. One day, the child found herself on the outskirts of town, playing a fun little game of hide and seek with the fey. She chose the ultimate hiding spot- a crate of onions. Who would ever choose to go near something so smelly? But the sylphs with their tricks and pranks decided it'd be funny if they locked her inside. Alas no one expected the crate of onions were due to be exported that very day, nor that the crate would be jostled off the wagon into the river's stream and carried out to sea, OR that the crate of onions would drift upon the salty waves for a full day before being fished up by a crew of pirates. As for the child within the crate, she'd passed out from the smell of onions within the first hour of being trapped. When the crate was opened and came forth a burst of fresh air, the Miqo'te was startled awake and met face with a bunch of unfamiliar and equally bewildered gang of ruffians. "Uhh, hello..? What's your name?" "Wuh? Ierno!" "Huh? ..Well what were you doing in a crate of onions? "I dunno! Can I go home?" "Well do you remember where your home is?" "A forest!" "..." Since the little Miqo'te had been found in a crate of onions, they decided to name her Onion Allium. The pirates would soon realize the cat they'd found was not only carefree and stupid.. but she was carefree and stupid with a side of minor memory loss. Despite being lost, Onion adjusted to the situation well, too well in fact. The pirates hands were full with a bumbling child who babbled about "witches" and "familiars" and other fairy tales, was happy to "help" the crew, and was quite thrilled to be out on the seas. And so Onion would spend over a decade roaming the salty waves, hopping from ship to ship, trying to find clues about her home and family. Except.. the Twelves know, she's long forgotten about the objective to find her way back home, heart distracted by the wondrous sights and tales she's come across in her journey.

A Realm Reborn

Onion's journey upon the seas comes to a stop at Limsa Lominsa where she has full intention of joining the Arcanists Guild to become an arcanist. Mother Hydaelyn has other plans for her however and the Miqo'te finds herself midst a hero's journey that would earn herself the recognition of WOL. No matter, this little cat traveled wherever the winds took her anyways.

• did not know being an Arcanist got her a funny little rabbit thing despite choosing to become an Arcanist (this was me, i was the idiot who didn't know)

Heavensward

Onion finds herself in Ishgard and smack dab in the middle of the Dragonsong War.

• (i literally picked up conjurer in the middle of the patch and leveled it all the way from lv 1 to 50+ i still feel insane for it)

Stormblood

Onion has to stop yet another war, two in fact-
