Quiet and at work, nobody does it better than Jia Li. They're typically kept to themselves, and only ever talks to tell someone to quiet down as she works. Distractions are her least favorite thing, and they will often isolate themselves while she works to get the most done. That, is the duty of the Trainmaster of Diligence.
The few times she is talking... most find her rather snappy. Jia Li can find fault in almost everything someone else does, and finds "lazy" people infuriating. They are very closed off, and find it difficult to talk to people beyond skin deep conversations. Often yelling in frustration after interactions then stomping back to her room.

- Due to being a water spirit, if she is not frequently submerged in water they might dry up and die. Jia Li sleeps in a bathtub every night.
- Similarly, due to technically being a zombie, if Jia Li is not moving frequently they get really stiff. Fetch quests are her favorite due to the fact she moves frequently.
- She's surprisingly powerful despite their averageness in appearance. It is said that if they remove their eyepatch... you're in severe trouble.
- They love dancing, it's their second favorite form of exercise next to fetch-quests. However she gets flustered when talking about it.
- Jia Li is prone to bruising, although due to her agility it rarely happens. Unless others aren't as agile as them... which is almost everyone.
- Has one whole dress, not a shirt + skirt. Whole dress + arm things. Those aren't attached to the shirt.
- Never EVER removes her eyepatch unless they're in a fight they can't win by themselves. It apparently unleashes a "hidden power"... according to Jia Li.
- Said eyepatch has a little drawn on eye on. She has to reapply it frequently. They can't see through the eyepatch, nobody knows if she can see through it WITHOUT the eyepatch.

Ever since Felix was elected as the new Trainmaster of Kindness, Jia Li seems to have a petty feud with him. Felix doesn't know where it came from, but he likes to play along for fun. Although sometimes it seems like Jia Li takes it more seriously than he does...
Jia Li has a very weird relationship with death. Having a constant looming reminder of it around them all the time normally wouldn't make her happy... but Helena is rather kind. And as long as she leaves them alone, nothing bad happens.
While working, Tybalt seems to be the one to worry the most about Jia Li. She tries time and time again to assure the mantis that she's just fine... but Tybalt never seems to understand. Jia Li thinks he's quite lame.
To do the best work, Jia Li needs to be told clear and concise instructions. Archibald seems to be allergic to that. While he likes how Jia Li works very hard for the sake of the IRC, he also keeps his distance from her, more than he should honestly.
While Fortuna respects Jia Li's dilligence, she dislikes how rude they can be at times. Jia Li on the other hand finds Fortuna unbearable in terms of positivity, but her kindness cannot be ignored even by the most cynical.
Jia Li is the most outspoken about their dislike for Twelve. She's the first to complain whenever they get up to some tomfoolery. Twelve in turn thinks she's a complete buzzkill, who doesn't ever want to loosen up.
