please read through the terms carefully.

purchasing or receiving any designs and or art from me means that you agree to my terms of service.

these terms were last updated january 24, 2023.

once the drawing has begun, refunds will not be given.
I have the right to refuse to do your commission.
any sent money without messaging me or sending a dm first will be considered a donation.
do not claim the artwork as your own. please give me credit, as I was the one who drew it.
you understand that the artwork may take some time, even if this time takes several months. you may hold me accountable for the wait, and if I had not started the commission, request a refund.
DO NOT TURN MY ARTWORK INTO AN NFT.
please refrain from blocking me or whatever else while I am still working on your commission. if you have an issue with me following payment, you can simply do so after I complete the work.

do not resell the adopt unless you have added more art and information to do so. if I catch you reselling the design without these additions, I will take action.
payment is final and you will not be refunded if you suddently decide you no longer want the adopt.
NO HAGGLING. the price will remain the price that it is.
feel free to trade the design with someone else, as long as they respect my terms of service.
crediting me as the designer is required.
altering the design is allowed! try not to make it completely unrecognizable, but have fun. why would I want to stifle creativity?

let me know if you are deleting your toyhouse page or deleting the character page, and if you will ever be reposting it elsewhere, etc.
I have every right to refuse to design you a character that I am uncomfortable with drawing, or simply in general.
you may say you designed the character, but please credit me as the main designer or the co-designer.

refrain from heavily referencing, tracing, or copying my artwork, specifically that of my own characters and their designs. taking inspiration however is fully allowed and encouraged!
do not make offers on any characters that do not explicitly state they are up for sale. most if not all of my characters are permanently homed.
