Chitter grew up in the wilds with her flock. Working mainly as a cook for the flock, preparing meals out of the wild game and such. After a raid by enemy orcs, Chitter ended up a prisoner of war. She was sold to a noble elf, and spent time as their chef. She was essentially adopted by the daughter of her master, who was a few years older than Chitter (in mentality, though not age)

Siloqui Silverfrond, the elf daughter, taught Chitter how to fight, and how to use stealth and her mimicry to her advantage. She began to gain information around the grounds and selling it until she had enough gold to buy her freedom. During the time she was getting information, she also began to make mild poisons, using them on guests of her owners house whenever she found someone willing to pay for the hit.

Siloqui and Chitter left the grounds to travel together, and after some terrifying encounters with necromancers, ended up in a group competition with some strangers to join an adventuring guild. Their party won, and they have been preparing their new guild to win an airship race since.

PERSONALITY

Chitter is very easily distracted, obsessed with anything shiny, and will gladly awaken the entire ship by playing awakening taps at three-fourteen in the morning. Would summon a demon if given the chance.

Chitter has gained advantage on forging documents, and is able to mimic others handwriting.

Mimicry

Chitter is able to mimic the voices of those she has heard, repeating their phrases against them, and turning words she has heard into another's voice. If challenged, it is her Deception versus their Insight

Alibi

Chitter has contacts in most cities across the continent, and can pay 100gp for them to create an alibi for her. It is an extra 100gp per person she wants an alibi for.

Sneak Attack

Chitter, despite her...very loud tendancies, can be very sneaky when she wants to be. When she has advantage on a target, she deals an extra 3d6 damage.

Cunning Action

Chitter is able to dash, disengage, or hide as a bonus action instead of an action.

Assassinate

To those who have yet to take action in combat, Chitter gains advantage on attacking them, and she deals an extra half Sneak Attack (2d6). If the creature is suprised by her, she deals the full Sneak Attack damage (3d6). Additionally, Chitter can take a bonus action to apply poison to her blades.

Uncanny Dodge

When Chitter can see the creature attacking her, she can use her reaction to take half-damage.
