She comes across as cold and intimidating, but Veta is a friendly cave Nocturn. As a member of the Polaris group, Veta dedicates her life to the pursuit of knowledge and understanding. She specializes in history and enjoys documenting the history of cherubs in particular. She is incredibly loyal to her family and values tradition and harmony above all things. She spends most of her time reading books in a quiet nook with glowing mushrooms, stargazing and helping babysit 30 overenergetic lizard kids.
Veta used to be really close to her brother Nova after growing up together and getting into shenanigans. But as Veta grew up, Nova didn't. He refused to follow the rules, despite Veta's best efforts and grew obsessed with the power of evolution. She couldn't stop him from running off to the dangerous city to evolve. After many years he has yet to return.
