Strong, energetic, and bubbly, those words describe Candy (also known as Lily) Rummbell. She takes charge whenever a situation looks bad. She can also a mother figure if need be. But her pride can over develop into over working herself, so she isn't the leader that often.
Candy has been the new kid two weeks before the exams, which does seem crazy. Everyone has been relatively nice to her, but she knows it's just because they want her to a moment with them. But one kid never even bothered to talk to her, Angel Simon. Her curiosity has now lead her to come to the decision that she has to do a moment with him. It was just something about him, screaming that he needs a friend.
For her monster form, she's a sugar vampire. These creatures have a strict diet of sweets and candy, hence her name. But they can still bite you, then you'd become a sugar vampire. Also they don't seem to gain weight, so that seems cool!
