Do not resell the character if you have not gotten at least some paid art of them. Can trade them without extra gained art though. DO NOT under any circumstances delete the character. If you don't want it anymore then return it or give it away. I keep track of the characters I transfer. If you trade it to someone without TH then add that info to their page or name or let me know through a dm.

Slight design changes are allowed not counting the clothes as those can understandably be changed.
You can simplify or add as much more detail as you'd like, especially for older simple designs (before 2023)!  

Whenever/wherever sharing the character outside of TH you must credit me. It's as simple as adding "Art/design by LoryplayKD" or "Got this character from LoryplayKD"

Do not make or convert the character to a closed/open species. The characters I create are unique and special already.
You can change a cat into a wolf or dragon for example but keep the design close to the original. Feel free to ask me for help or an opinion on it, I could even do it for you with a discount if you bought the adopt from me with money!

You cannot mass produce or sell any kind of merchandise of the character without getting the commercial rights of the character from me. You can use them in any media you'd like for personal use from comics to free games. For commercial rights, you have to pay the full 50% of the price you paid (unless agreed upon otherwise if high due to auction) if the character was created and sold to you after the 1st of January 2023. For the characters created and sold before 2023, you can get their commercial rights for 10-20€ depending on their design and original art that was sold/traded.
