Profile
A fabulous crime boss of NYC's underground crime world, and leader of the Valentine Crew. Everyone in the crew owes her something big. She doesn't pay them in money but rather in extravagant gifts and services, in order to keep people in debt to her.
She hires Gail for money, however, because she needs her skills and can't get any leverage over her. She would LOVE to get some however and is always looking for opportunities. She hopes to get Loki deep in her debt in order to feed off of his rebirth cycle.
Debt vampire- extended lifespan and difficult to kill, feeding off of debts owed to her by others. Increased skill at persuasion and manipulation.
