| The prince from the Rose Kingdom, who had gotten lost while travelling through a forest. He ended up being found by the fae King & Queen, who had taken care of him but were planning to sacrifice him in order to save their own kind. However, their son helped Armel escape in the night. Unfortunately, they were unable to leave the forest, so the young fae helped the prince reach the castle deep into the woods where no fae would be able to cross its magical barrier. Just as the prince was about to cross, he hit by a curse and transformed into a terrifying beast. The royal faeries decided that the only way the spell would be lifted would be if a young maiden would say that she loved him. The castle was not uninhabited by any means, there were many strange and adorable beings who warmly welcomed their new master and happily took care of him. The prince did not despair, but rather did his best to adjust to his new life and took care of the castle garden and all of its precious roses. One day he noticed someone new on the castle grounds, trying to pick one of the roses. Armel had helped him to reach it, and that was how he had met Prince Valentin of the Violet Kingdom. |
