Nobu

Nobu is a shapeshifter. His main form is a wolfdog but he can also be a cat, giant wolf or raven. He mostly keeps his dog-like behaviour when shifted. His shapeshifting powers have a smoky effect that he can also use to just make himself appear bigger and even to temporarily loose form completely to slip through small spaces.

I also like to put him in other animal shapes but those are not canon
