Teolen Ansaldo

A mad scientist as ze calls herself, and also a Chief of the Mortalia Regime. Teolen is a crazed individual, a woman with no sense of fear or worry in zir eyes and who throws caution to the wind at a moments glance.

If she'd be honest, Percie is probably one of the only individuals she really cares for more, although that is a given of course, with Teolen being her creator and all. She loves to create, always has, and ze isn't really the type to care for morality and all those sorts of "complicated" things. In fact, it doesn't matter to her what she is doing it for as long as she gets the opportunity to pour zir heart and soul into all that ze makes. Teolen understands the questionability of whom she works for, but she honestly couldn't care less about it.
