Locust

Pure hivewing with red, orange, black and off-white scales, she has nearly every Hivewing stinger trait

Her Grandmother is Lady Bloodworm, who is mentioned to be the cruelest hive ruler on Pantala, rivaled only to her sister Queen Wasp. Locust’s mother and Bloodworm’s only daughter died while Locust was still an egg. Bloodworm, as uneluctant as she was, took her only grandchild’s egg and raised her to be the new Bloodworm Hive heir. She took Locust’s egg from the Hivewing hatchery to keep an eye on it before Wasp ever had the chance to infect her egg with breath of evil. 

After hatching and finding that Locust had an abnormal amount of areas on her body that could emit venom or toxin, Bloodworm was thrilled to have a new toy for her pet project. She used Locust to paralyze misbehaving Silkwings (occasionally for days on end), poison revolting Hivewings, and torture prisoners. She never grew up with many friends, those who came close were usually met with a paralyzing stab in the neck. Bloodworm would often pull family members out with her pet project just for Locust to train her venom on and torture for fun.

Though Bloodwom is proud of Locust for growing up in her footsteps and perhaps becomeing a much more cruel and controlling leader she does fearful of the fact that Locust doesn’t fear Wasp and even challenges her great aunt’s nastiness whenever possible, Bloodworm keeps Locust far away from Wasp fearing that if her sister found that Locust couldn’t be mind controlled her sister would kill her only heir.

Locust spends much of her time at her grandmother‘s side or prowling the hive for rule breakers and enforcing the hive’s laws

She later moves to the other continent and marry’s a Sandwing/ Rainwing hybrid named Snapper, they have three children Taipan, Gila and Phanta, they start up the beginnings for a new tribe called the poisonwing’s for being the most venomous tribe and having the chance to produce offspring who have Poison scales (like Peril’s fire scales but it’s venomous to the touch like a dart frog)
