"Don't be a Cloudchaser" or "Don't become a Cloudchaser" essentially means, "Don't chase the impossible." or "Don't fall in love with the impossible." which can either be a phrase or a word used by the clans to refer to a cat who's trying to achive the impossible

The saying comes from a legend told from generation to generation, about a mortal cat who fell in love with the immortal Palesky (Sky & clouds). He had fallen in love with her, and ended up using his whole life to chase after her, only to realize too late that it was impossible. He had gained the name Cloudchaser as he had chased Palesky's clouds she leaves behind on the sky.

Palesky is meant to represent the sky and clouds. She's always moving, quick on her feet, only leaving the light of her pelt and the clouds of her fur, in her path. She's often used as an idenitity to hold reason for the weather. Examples of phrases cats can use being:
Rainy day: "Palesky must be feeling rather sad today"
Stormy day: "Palesky must be upset today"
Strong winds/windy: "Palesky seems to be running faster than usual today
etc. She's only a legend, and is therefor only believed to actually exist by kits or the likes of, but is absolutely often used as an idenity for the sky.
