Ice in Summer is a tall and sleek slugcat, similar to how Ringing of Bell's fur coat is (but instead of being chubby they are more long). Their coat pattern is a light yellow orange mix with light blue and teal patches along their back. They have a pair of wide ears, and a pair of gills. They also have long whiskers along their muzzle, that are capable of stinging anything that grabs them. Finally, they have a long scar along their left side, given to them by a leviathan. They are often seen with the mark of communication, and they also have an antennae given to them by Scraps of Coral

They are very confident and cocky in general, often being too bold for their own good. They take risks and accept danger often overcoming it with ease. Because of this, Summer usually comes off as rude. But deep down (while they might never admit it) they do have a soft side and just wants to be strong enough so they can finally find a new home with others because they fear being alone. One thing to note is that they never like to be in the wrong even if they know what they did wasn't good. This makes it hard for them to get along with others.

Their main abilities are similar to that of Rivulet. He is fast on land, but faster underwater. Summer is capable of not only being underwater for long periods of time, but he's also able to dive into deep waters allowing him to scavenge for things hidden on the surface.

Ice in Summer is part of a family of four, consisting of their two mothers (Sands of Dawn & End of Winter) and their younger sibling (Ringing of Bell). During their childhood, they were often mocking Bells due to them being squishy and relying on others. They thought Bells stood no chance in survival and shouldn't be babied. The day Ringing of Bells fell from the structure, Ice in Summer decided to leave them to find their own way back. They believed Bell would find their own way back and it would finally teach them how to fend for themselves. But Bells never came back. Their mothers grieved for Bells, and the guilt began to crush Summer. As years went by, the structure that was their home wasn't suited for living anymore. There was a rising lack of food and resources. Eventually, Winter and Dawn succumbed to starvation, leading Summer to have no choice but to leave and find a new home. Now they swim and roam the land searching for the best place to go and where they can find others.
