Stand
Electrostatic is a close-range stand. It takes on the appearance of an electrical tower, constructed of metal pylons. It can shift its shape to suit the user's needs. It can also manifest itself simply as electricty that runs along the user's body.
It can attack using static electricty and, at its most powerful, lightning. This electricty will give whoever is shocked good or bad luck, depending on the user's intent. Luck given by the stand causes odd accidents or coincidences for or against the person's favor. It can result in grave injury or great gain.
In it's electrical form, it can be manipulated and used to hover. The stand also grants its user faster reflexes and awareness of electricity around them. This sense can be shared with others, at the cost of a small shock.
