Ren

Ren is considered as a 'chibi dragon'.
Despite being nearly an adult he won't grow any larger than a common house cat and he will keep his rather childish attitude for probably ever.
As his wings are too small and don't possess the strength to lift or keep him in the air, he is mostly unable to fly.
The orb between his tail fins does emit a soft glow but despite that, it doesn't really do anything besides that.
