Hullo!! I don't really have any restrictions all I ask you is that you don't steal any of my characters and just be nice to me!!
Please don't offer on ANYONE tagged "Achieved dreamie". Anyone with "Absolutely love" tag is almost impossible to get and are mostly EO. Everyone else is fair game BUT I usually have strong connections with my OCs so I will be picky. Everything below outdated so ignore :P
If you have traded/gifted me a character and are concerned I'm not using them, that's NOT the case! I actually actively use these everyday but I do not post about 99,999% of my art, I cherish every single fellar in here ♡
