Vulcanus had high hopes for this ancient scroll that had been personally translated by himself, he gloated in his pride in his knowledge that such a being would show Celestia ruling and the Netherworld crumbling. He'd make sure to get this angel on his side, for they would make a powerful & mighty ally.

Years passed and came said the prophecy's day, the very soul had born and now came of age for their powers. 

Upon cleaning up the Seraph's holy office, they had discovered ribbon headband that was on his desk. It seemed aged yet precious to the beholder, maybe an angel had lost it or was no longer needed. Picking up this item to search for the owner, had shown them a vision, one that scared them to the bone.

They had told Lamington of a strange demon that would trespass into their realm with an angel trainee alongside another lackey, that of a female demon. Lamington had chuckled which made the poor prophet confused in their panicked state. 

He reassured them that no such thing was going to happen, as those very beings would visit for a different reason now. As he told them, such events had already passed and upon such news, their stomach dropped. Their powers weren't of the future like the other angels had hoped, this power was to see into pasts.

"There will come a soul who can visit the darkest of pasts, experience the present but never see the light of the future."

These were the torn scroll's true words.

an angel that was meant to see into one's future but instead had the power to see one's past or sometimes upon touching the person's cherished item. now their job is to keep watch of the gates for any incoming threats (when there hardly is none). struggles socially and sometimes wonders how it would be if they went to the netherworld.
