merlin is an old school wizard and fantasy falconer! he lives in a mossy cabin deep in an enchanted forest... it's said that you'll only find his home if you truly need his help. he'll gladly welcome in those who do find his door, whether it be exiled princes, forbidden lovers, or just a runaway teen in need of a cozy bed.

he leads a solitary lifestyle with only his pets as his companions. his closest companion is his raven, jubilee, but he's close with all the creatures in his wood. said wood is a safe haven for all things strange and unloved, so all kinds of folkloric creatures live there. he considers himself their protector and can often be found tending their wounds or feeding them treats - he's actually able to communicate with them! merlin's forest is a huge area that covers both the deep woods and a wide rocky moorland; the entire area is known as "fey's wood".

he's ominvorous! he eats all the meat he catches via falconry and is also fond of foraging. he's a skilled cook.
