For alt colors, it is $2 per apt coloration. So yes you can buy multiples, if need be :o.
If I may ask though: Why you wanna buy multiple alt colorations? Just curious :o
Oh I was just thinking of a version where the green grass is pink and the flowers are green, and then a normalish shiny version (with Shaymin's shiny color as the grass color along with it's normal pink flowers)
