When Usagi was living on the Moon, she was happy and enthusiastic about the blue planet that was right in front of her. She was talking about it all the time to her family, her friends, her teachers, and anyone who could listen to her. But one day, after a big fight with her family, she ran away and met a melancholic woman who was singing a song that she never heard. When she went close enough to her and noticed that the woman was crying while staring at the blue planet, she asked her why she was so sad. The woman then responded that she lived on Earth for a long time but that, one day, she made the mistake of begging for her return to the Moon and that now there isn't a single second when she didn't feel empty and deeply alone since her days on Earth was the most beautiful ones of her life. The little rabbit was so touched and felt so betrayed by her family that she decided to go to the temple.

Usagi then prayed to the Goddess of the Moon to send her to Earth, she waited for hours and suddenly, she saw Her. The Goddess of the Moon was standing in front of her with a gentle smile, and She told her that She would respond to her prayers. The next thing Usagi knew, she was falling into a forest before a tall man caught her, so she didn't touch the ground.

She now lives happily with The Spirit of the Woods, she runs in the forest, sleeps in the sun, and swims in the lake. She's living her best life, that's sure. But sometimes, when everyone is asleep, she stares at the Moon and thinks of her family. She talks to them, hoping that they can hear her and know she misses them. She stares at the Moon, thinking of how beautiful she looks, of how much she loves her, and sometimes, she cries.
