Hunter's Ownership

Hi! By owning one of my designs, you agree to my T.O.S.:

• Please don’t delete the character off of Toyhouse! If you want to get rid of it, you can transfer them back to me!
  
• Please don’t take credit for the design/art I made for it! You can credit my Toyhouse or my Insta (if offsite; it goes by my same name!) if my art is reuploaded somewhere. 
• Please don’t retrade/resell until you’ve had the character for a week!
• Please do not resell a character higher than its original worth (unless there was more finished art/commissioned pieces added; gift art doesn’t count)!
• A traded character can be resold if they get more finished art/commissions (gift art still doesn’t count!)!
• If you private one of my designs, I’d prefer to be authorized to see them ! Just want to keep track ^^

• You’re free to make any design changes you see fit (colors, changing species, etc.)! Try and make sure that the character’s main design is recognizable !
• You can make alt. forms of the character (like closed species), but if the character is sold/traded again, the different forms must be traded with it! 
• If the character is a one-off, do not make a species based off of them!
• I would prefer my designs to not be used in any kind of NSFW art.
  
• Do not use my designs for any kinds of hate speech or illegal content.
