Pisces

Pisces was originally created as a fan character for the anime JoJo's Bizarre Adventure. I ended falling in love with her though, and am planning on working her into future projects. Her stand is called "No Can Do" and I will list his powers below as well.

Pisces is a famous fashion designer and her clothes line is called "Rottin' Roll". Her controversial fashion revolves around reused, rotting, out of date clothing and odd assorted items. She keeps her past a secret, and only a couple people know her real name, since Pisces was a name she adopted as soon as she started producing her clothing line. Her clothing models are also out of the ordinary. She chooses very unique looking people and those that are not "conventionally attractive". She wants the "authentic you" when she asks you to model. 

She is eccentric, strong willed, determined, sharp-witted, stubborn, sassy, compassionate and fiercely protective of those that earn her trust and love. 

Psapp is probably the person she is closest to. She met him several years ago and took a liking to him, adopting him in a way as a nephew. She has a room for him in her house and keeps and eye on him. Stallion Batallion has a complicated relationship with her. They ended up getting forced to be partners in a way once Stal started tailing Psapp around. She and Stal often butt heads, but enjoy a friendly competition between each other over almost everything. 

No Can Do's powers/abilities:

His powers are based loosely on the  Ophiocordyceps fungus, one that has the ability to take over ants brains and use them as hosts. No Can Do spreads his poison through a trail of slime he leaves, people ingesting his mushrooms, using his syringe-like fingers to pump slime directly into his prey and by releasing spores/fungus/slime through the slits on his back, ribs and head. 

On smaller creatures, such as insects, he is able to take pretty much complete control and command them. As the organisms increase in size and complexity though, the effectiveness of his powers weaken. However the longer an organism is exposed to him and how much poison they absorb can change how effective he is. On humans and other stands, he typically has to exert himself the most. At a base level though, his spores/slime/fungus are able to incite feelings of fear, anxiety, confusion, depression and uneasiness. He isn’t so much of an offensive fighter as more of a stand that gives buffs to teammates and extra defense.
