my characters may NOT be used as a mascot for any sort of organization / my art being used for commercial usage under any circumstances. No agreements can be made to use characters or art for commercial, any old agreements are void unless states otherwise. 

don't remove my watermark from my art using any programs whatsoever!! this includes manipulating my watermark in anyway to make it unreadable/make it look like your own. 

my watermark may not be copied and reused for any other artwork/adding bigger watermarks to your artwork from me.

implementing your own TOYHOUSE watermarks is alright. I ask any personal watermarks be refrained from being used if being shared to other platforms. If you have a personal toyhouse-default watermark that you use to protect your work/characters thats fine as long as my work isn't posted anywhere else using those watermarks. 
 

using my art to train a AI model is voiding my copyright and isn't permitted under any circumstance. This includes describing my characters word for word and asking an AI model to draw them, this rule is voided if i give explicit permission to you personally.
