Design Terms of Use
General Rules
🪞. TOS Link must stay linked to adopt.
🪞. I understand not everyone likes these links in their characters profiles since they're normally used for relationships. Alternatively you can make a tab, and connect the link there! The tab will need to be a full one or a split one, id recommend full.
🪞. You may give your character's necks, I just don't draw necks.
🪞. You must wait 2 weeks to rehome.
🪞. I must be able to see the adopt at any time.
🪞. Don't resell for more than you got the design for without public art or writing.
🪞. Don't use our designs for anything extremely hurtful, homophobia or transphobia, racism, ableism, ect.
💔. Breaking rules once to three times will lead to a warning, if you don't fix it within a week (more or less depending or circumstances) you will be blacklisted.
Reselling & Rehoming
🪞. Give the design public art or writing before reselling for more money, art, ect, art must at least have color and writing must at least be 200 words.
🪞. Don't flip/change over 50% of my designs it's extremely insulting, I put my years of hard work into that design. If you dont want the design please buy a different design, don't make my work Unreasonable.
🪞. Trading counts as making profit of a design, so don't trade freebies without public art or writing.
💔. Reselling freebies for money without adding anything is an immediate blacklist.
🪞. Ill happily take back adopts you don't want anymore, i cant provided a refund. This is only optional if you don't want to go through the reselling process yourself. I refuse to profit of of others art ill only charge for my art, even if you insist. If the character has nudity i cant take it back.
🪞. Try not to resell on amino, mostly for your own sake. Amino has very toxic people, one reason why we left.
hateful actions that will result in a blacklist
🪞. Making a Trans character cis will be an immediate blacklist.
🪞. Changing a characters race is an immediate blacklist.
🪞. Do not make a disabled character able bodied, you can do whatever you wish for any tools they have but do not "cure" a disabled character.
🪞. Being disrespectful to anyone's religious beliefs is an immediate blacklist.
🪞. Don't make a queer character straight, them being wrong about there identity and finding a new label is fine just don't make them straight.
🪞. Making a mockery of minorities or people literally fighting for there right to exist is an immediate blacklist.
💔. Some things being done in aus like a Trans character in a gender bent universe MIGHT be ok. however if you don't handle these topics with respect you will be blacklisted.
Hiding from view
I understand not everyone likes everyone to be able to see there characters, however it makes me uncomfortable with them being removed from me and my systems view. So I thought of a compromise.
Toyhouse allows you to make keys, keys are basically links that allow someone to see the character despite privacy settings. Below has information on how to make one, once you have a key just but it in the characters link with the tos and now you can hide your character from everyone else but we can still check them.
Go to "manage Character".
Select "Access Keys".
Name your key then hit create.
And you now have your key! Do whatever you wish with it, just you know, for our designs put it in the character link to the TOS lol.
We're fine if you want to use an adopt from us in a comic, book, show, etc. However please dm us or email us at [email protected] so you can give us proper credit
