Jamesi "Slipstream" Bonaparte was born and raised in the Seawing Kingdom, though he has spent plenty of time in the Sky Kingdom. His primary residence is in the Bay of a Thousand Scales. A member of high society / the upper class through a combination of generational status and his own wealth. Considers himself a philanthropist, socialite, and a patron of the arts. He is not related to nobility or any royal lineages, though he definitely acts like nobility. Composed and dignified, well-mannered and polite. Slipstream carries himself with grace and purpose. He's reliable and knows to keep a secret (of which he has many - he's quite nosy and knows a lil' something about everyone). He prefers to listen and let others speak and is good at reading others. Slipstream himself is rather quiet and a dragon of few words, though can be quite the conversationalist when necessary. While Slipstream very much enjoys a life of luxury, he isn't snobby or high-brow about it. Refined, but humble. Treats everyone with respect.
