Other: Ceti was sent to Earth to learn some much needed socializing skills shortly after arriving at ISA. Given the background as a exchange student in Japan to make up for her unknown knowledge. She had a rough start, often being treated differently for her looks and causing her to act out. Despite working hard to be a good student and person, there was some things people just wouldn't get over and spread as rumors on purpose. Though this later became an asset, using her looks to become a worker at an arcade center and scare off anyone who started acting out of line. When really she just loved playing games and having money for snacks. lol

Passive Ability: Super Speed - Irony, Ceti calls it. She hates running but this is part of what saved her life during Galaxia's attack. She's still building up her stamina and leaves a afterglow, but she's working on it! lol

Active Ability: "Pop!" Pop, pop! A cheeky keyword used to help Ceti focus and release static shock in a controlled way. It is a much bigger and heavier bolts, unlike simply rubbing one's socks on carpet but not nearly as strong as lightning itself. Used for merely scaring off weaker enemies to even burning or numbing areas of impact.

Species Ability: Static and High Body Temperature, though neither are actually hurtful thanks to the species thick skin.

History: Originally born VZ Ceti [Mira B] - Ceti was being raised to be a Senshi alongside her mother [Omicron Ceti] when they received word of Galaxia's coming attack. Her mother gave up her own Star Seed to Ceti and sent her into space in hopes that she would be able to find safety. She was floating around on her own for years before being found by the Interstellar Senshi Alliance, were she finished her training to become a Senshi. These years alone lead to Ceti still acting a bit childish or even lacking in social skills at times, but she still strives to impress others around her, to prove herself.

• Lifespan: Around 3600 [ About 300 Earth Years ]
• This species starts in a blob fire amoeba-like state that they call "Soulfires". They grow rapidly and turn more humanoid with a outer skin to protect their Soulfire, with this rapid growth leading to their traits being all over the place. Constantly putting off heat from within their skin, touching them doesn't cause harm to others unless it's direct connect with their flames. Most use flame hair as a way to vent that heat while showing off their personality.
• This species knows about Star Seeds; Passing them from parent to child, so that the family can be reborn together. This can also result in sudden mutations, either immediately or through the next born. [Ceti is a example of sudden mutation with her second set of arms.]
