- My goodness... So fluffy and vanilla scented...
- Ei is 5'2" / 157cm.
- Eir hair is braided around the back of eir head in a style almost like a very wide bun.
- Long strands of hair drape over her shoulders in a style reminiscent of lop bunny ears.
- Has round, thick eyebrows and a broad, flat nose.
- Dresses very plainly.
Trivia;
- Ei's loosely based on the story of the Velveteen Rabbit.
- The name Mǽrsere derives from an Old English word meaning 'herald'. The prefix mǽr has several meanings, usually relating to greatness or boundaries.
- Will usually introduce herself as Mae regardless.
- Always carrying something to write on. It's usually a clipboard, but she also has a well-loved pocket journal she carries with her at all times.
- In her youth, she often modeled for photos her mom took.
- Binges Wikipedia articles in her spare time. Never use her computer to look at a wiki. Every link will be purple.
Career;
- Dropped out of university just a year shy of earning her bachelors in business.
- Briefly took over her mom's photography business following her passing. For a variety of reasons, she ended up filing bankruptcy—chief of which being that she felt incapable of replicating Ida's vision or passion for her craft, and that it would be disrespectful to try.
- Despite eir failure, eir diligence caught the attention of one of eir mom's most frequent clients. This led to eir landing eir current job a registrar for a modest aquarium in Denmark.
Personality;
- Diligent and polite, possibly to a fault. Mae's life is defined by eir belief that there is a fundamental understanding of people that ei lacks. She takes notes on just about everything she experiences for the purpose of closing that gap of understanding, and in doing so, learning more about herself. This includes in-depth notes on the people she meets, her day to day activities, her opinions on various foods, so on and so forth.
- Is under the impression that she is incapable of expressing herself properly, and is especially incapable of smiling "right". This is incorrect.
- Very opinionated, actually. Also very stubborn. Would not describe eirself with either of these terms—or at all.

- Ida Lindstrøm - Mae's late mother and a fastidious photographer.
