shannons ex wife who eventually takes otto in after showing promise when she saw lumiere the android he created using spare parts found in lower to make him and how lumiere doesnt appear from a distance much like those in the lower district, she is ottos ticket into the upper district after meeting her, she takes otto in under her wing.

Mitsuki grew up in a fairly normal household, her parents were both independent researchers who spent alot of time in their offices though made time for mitsuki. She had a fairly normal childhood, though she was top of her class all through school, it wasnt till her teenage years that she met a man that would change everything for her in not a good way. Shannon was charming and sly, mitsuki fell right into his charms so much so she didnt know he was trouble, the man grew up in the lower district,that should have been a red flag but she was too struck by his charms and the words "m'lady" that she looked past all that. She saw how smart he was and wondered how could someone so smart be so evil.

Mitsuki studied at a university and got a in biology though she learned alot about engineering from shannon during their time of dating and marriage.She has often studied it alone in her free time to get away from shannon while they were married because she couldnt stand to be around him anymore. She eventually worked up the courage to divorce him which she should have done a long time ago but she wanted to make it work for their child but he was too much, he would come home some nights covered in the stench of alcohol or blood from god knows where.

Mitsuki has written a few scientific papers mostly proving shannons ideas wrong and immoral from a biological standpoint. She hates shannon and tries to warn any women she sees him flirting with that this man is not worth the time. She has to supervise visits with their daughter despite her best wishes of not wanting her to see her father because god knows how that will affect her later in life. Their daughter is brilliant and smart just like the both of them but is alot more like mitsuki and less like shannon tho she does have a tendency to be a tad bit strange but it was thought to just be a phase.
