Corvo

A man who absolutely loves to swoon a crowd, he is one who should not be trusted. He is merely a manipulator and will do anything to get you under his grasp. Corvo will give you some too good to be true deals, but you won't be able to get out then.

A trained assassin who used to work with an old friend named Shrike, he eventually turned his back on him. No one is really sure why, but it's a possibility that he got bored and wanted something else for a change. That is, something to his liking that only he could do. It wouldn't take too long until he'd rummage his way into some gangs. Some would call him a mad man, a jerk, and even a masochist, he's just a bundle of feathers that one wouldn't want to encounter. He'd eventually get much deeper into his work and would take in a certain drug, which grants him the ability to semi-shift or form into something much more monstrous. No one really likes him, but moreso, is afraid of him in most cases. He tends to leave a mess for the cops to clean up, but no one is exactly sure where he's located other than the gangs he's kept in touch with. Nowadays, he'll trade and make any other negotiations as he has a lot of interesting items up his sleeve.  He also has a particular interest for brutal individuals such as himself.

In a Pokemon Gijinka setting, he tends to be a Honchkrow.
